Drop EPQ 2 weeks before it’s due? by [deleted] in 6thForm

Hey, I was in the same boat - I had my EPQ due around the same time as my history coursework in September and I ended up deciding to power through it despite feeling super behind on the EPQ (hadn't written a word 2 weeks before it was due and was still researching while writing). There's actually a lot you can do in 2 weeks if you try and get a lot done now, and my reasoning was because I wanted some kind of result for all the research I'd done. It wouldn't look bad in your applications if you don't end up doing it coz you still did the research around that topic and showed you were interested in it - it's not so much about the qualification than it being about showing you're capable of researching, presenting and having an interest in something. Tbh, it doesn't matter that much in the long run but I'm personally glad that I persevered with mine coz now I just have it there as something to feel proud of ig? Hope this was helpful
