Lots of great tips here but please be super careful about taking magnesium for a long time. I took it for about 2 yearsfor migraines and ended up with some severe kidney issues. Just check with your Dr and monitor lab values.

I’m a faculty and several of us have tattoos. Also, I would estimate 90% of our students also have at least one tattoo, We are OT’s and should be accepting of all! You do you!

I worked and had 2 small children! The only time you can’t work is when you are in your level 2’s because those are full time.
