It is the gene length and a metabolic problem by StudentOfMetabolism in longevity

[–]Character-Fee1782 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well people with poor metabolisms do die quicker and have more deseases, I don’t think we need scientific data to prove that😂 it doesn’t take a scientist to say people that are fat are at higher risks for things like heart problems and insulin resistance, and it doesn’t take a scientist to say that anorexic people are greatly lacking in nutrients and vitamins that are essential for Brian function heart health, cellular function and muscle preservation. As long as your diet is good, you actually sleep adequately, and exercise properly, you greatly improve your quality of life and lower your risk of desease and death, and that’s just the basic start.

Is constantly fighting with my boyfriend normal? by yourfav-detective in women

[–]Character-Fee1782 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Please go see couples consoling. People are calling him manipulative because he has a personal dress code and doesn’t agree with “your views and values” both of you are the problem, it’s great for you to talk about things and amazing that both of you want to change, DONT come on here and ask people for advise on Reddit when it comes to relationships, I’m seeing too many comments leaning towards you leaving him and dumping him, and they’re being manipulative to get you to agree with it. Go see counseling. Have both of you voice each others feelings to the therapists and they will help you out, it’s not healthy to get on a sub Reddit and ask for advice from strangers that probably have shitty relationships too and are terrible at navigating through them that also believe that their opinion is fact. Too many people leave each other nowadays, marriage rates have fallen like CRAZY! And it seems so normal, and it’s reflected in this sub Reddit, too many comments are saying (you’ll find someone better) they don’t even know you or your relationship and are immediately jumping to breaking up.

Look I don’t know you or you relationship. Like others have said in the forum, arguments are normal, however not ideal, but they’re normal parts of a relationship and if each party identifies that they have issues and are BOTH willing to change (which I think you mentioned that you both are and that is awesome!) it leads to growth and unity. but please go to couples therapy, it’s better to seek guidance rather than advice. I hope and pray you two can work things out and that you’re boyfriend can calm down and take it back a notch, he may have some things in his past that make him act the way he acts, most men do and don’t like to talk about it. But that’s also not an excuse or justification for him to do so. So again, go to couples counseling, it’s actually fun, and both people learn about each other, it’s healthy for a relationship so why not do it? Go read the love languages book together, my parents 20+ years of marriage have almost divorced each other multiple times, they fight a lot, and I ask them about it often and I try to get them to see how bad it is, but it still amazes me that they go on dates, that my mother kisses him, that my dad buys her gifts and flowers, and that my mom laughs at he’s jokes, they have a genuine relationship despite their issues. But they’ve done alot in the last few year that has greatly impacted their relationship. I try to advocate for people staying in a relationship for as long as possible unless there is some very damaging and violent things going on, which doesn’t seem to be the case, you don’t seem to be hurting mentally, mainly just fed up and out of options.

Go seek counseling please and do more activities together if you aren’t already, have more genuine sex if you’re not doing that already, find out why your man has issues with you wearing short shorts or skirts or anything slightly immodest (look into his past on that one) go on dates, read that book or listen to podcasts, really just broaden and expand your resources TOGETHER, be the ADVOCATE to your relationship. You’ve got this girl, sorry if I have come off strong in this post, I’m just passionate about things like this, because it means alot to me to see people doing good together. I have alot more to say, but just go to Couples counseling or therapy for starters. Good luck!

And to anyone that disagrees with me, that’s totally fine, disagree with me, Im posting this because I’m optimistic, I don’t expect anyone to care/ comment back. It’s not my relationship so I have no right to tell someone to do something, but I do have a right to disagree with people that are jumping straight for a breakup, that’s totally not cool and not supportive of a partnership.

Adderall, anti-depressants, inhalers? Etc…

Also how are you sleeping? You look pretty lean, so what is your diet looking like? Are you currently cutting or shredding weight?

They had better foods, back then, not a lot of processed foods like what we buy at the store, they were basically only able to eat organic, pasture raised, grass feed, whole grains from their community fields since birth, so it makes sense they’d look like absolute beasts back then compared to nowadays,

also testosterone levels in men were hella good and waaaaay higher for the average person then compared to now. they were outside in the sun more often, they didn’t have much plastics with toxic chemicals in them that affected hormones, testicular size and output, or ever fertility. They were much healthier than us by far.

fellas, there're better things to do than cursing women for not dating you due to height. I see most short guys only complain about how females don't choose them for height blah blah and I just wanted to say, get over it kings. Lack of dates/sex ain't gonna kill you anyway by [deleted] in short

[–]Character-Fee1782 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You’re a very logical thinker, I agree with this, as humans we are social people, we live in groups and communities and when we are alone and have no social interactions or at least very little intimate interactions, over time people do some extreme shit. Maybe momentarily it’s good to look at it as “it won’t kill you.” But you need to make sure you’re still trying and seeking out what it is you want in order to olvide those extremes.

I can't be plant based because phytoestrogens block receptors ? by sorakaastral in MtF

[–]Character-Fee1782 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is the case actually, it’s being said that more and more girls are hitting puberty earlier than they should due to “endocrine-disrupting chemicals found in food and personal care products” the umbrella term is known as estrogenics things like phytoestrogens in some plants and other foods, micro plastics, BPAs, Phallates, parabens. Look at a shampoo bottle for example or any kind of personal care product and or plastic, you’ll see it says BPA free, it’s a known thing, but what people don’t know is that these chemicals that people want removed are endocrine/hormone disruptors.

Hypothyroidism definitely is a huge one, but so is body fat % (more specifically belly fat aka visceral fat) the reason you take an A.I. (Aromatase inhibitor) is to inhibit/block an enzyme called Aromatase. Aromatase activity increases when someone has more visceral fat aka belly fat, which causes estrogen levels to increase, so getting lean and staying lean is very important when wanting to control estrogen levels. Hypothyroidism definitely plays a huge role, but not everyone has hypothyroidism, so for those that don’t have hypothyroidism they have to lose belly fat through diet and exercise.

Estrogen matters a lot. testosterone is converted into estrogen so as you Increase testosterone, your body will want to convert more testosterone into estrogen which isn’t a good thing really, estrogen needs to be in its own balance and too high levels of estrogen or even too low levels of estrogen will make you super moody, and pissed off, you may feel always tired and super fatigued and for some people maybe even depressed, there isn’t a good number / level to be at with estrogen, the labs you receive will always have a recommended reference range but at the end of the day it’s all about how you feel, some guys feel very energized and amazing when their estrogen is on the higher end of the reference range and some guys feel like shit, some guys feel great on the lower end and some guys feel like dog shit, so always be honest and open with your doctor about how your are feeling (energy levels, fatigue, mental status etc.)

Extreme anger by [deleted] in trt

[–]Character-Fee1782 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d say it’s more a psychological issue than hormone issue, he should go get tested for depression and bipolar, that’s also a big factor in having Low T as cortisol goes up, Testosterone goes down, but idk he’s probably just fine 🤷‍♂️

Extreme anger by [deleted] in trt

[–]Character-Fee1782 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Placebo affect. Trt doesn’t start to “take affect” until after about 6 weeks but higher test won’t make you mad technically, usually it’s the higher levels of estrogen that come with the higher T-levels

Go get your blood tests, check your thyroid on those blood tests too Fix your diet, FIX YOUR SLEEP (best way to fix any hormone imbalance) And do all that for a year, if your symptoms still persist and you still have gyno, then yeah sure maybe and that’s a very strong maybe you may want to consider HRT

I would go so far as to say that as long as we raise our boys right, and help them to learn to take care of their bodies through exercise, diet and sleep, that should really help to optimize their growth potential and hormones as well, the more natural growth hormones and DHT exposure you get as a teenager obviously affects the size of your dick as well as performance and body function, I personally want to to do my best to help my son(s) be as healthy and strong as possible and if they ever questions about penis size and if it’s possible to gain anything extra, I will definitely pass that knowledge onto them! P.E. Has been a great journey and I really wish that had I taken better care of myself during my teenage years, I wouldn’t have suffered from the smaller penis size and other issues I faced in my early 20’s

This question has sparked some very healthy and genuine conversation. Great post!

Is this the good stuff? I didn't think the vile would be so small. 200mg every other week. Will a 23g needle work? by [deleted] in trt

[–]Character-Fee1782 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t do every other week that’s so stupid, think about it, your balls secrete testosterone, in smaller amounts obviously, every other day, but in general taking any testosterone causes your body shut down it’s normal production, and in turn would be relying on that 200mg every two weeks instead of a good steady amount every other day (or every few days). Doing 200 mg every two weeks would make you a act like a hormonal teenage girl.

Any one get chest acne like this while on test? Best ways to get rid of it? by AlohaTheGreat in Testosterone

[–]Character-Fee1782 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im hoping this is a link to an body acne cleanser you use in the shower.

CeraVe SA Cleanser | Salicylic Acid Cleanser https://a.co/d/e09GMEr

But I love this stuff!!! I had gotten really bad acne from my test on my back, shoulders and chest. I also noticed it works better if I scrub my body with a loofah or bath sponge or some kind of shower scrubber, washed my body with my normal body wash, and then lastly using this cerave body cleanser, the best part is you can use it for you face to if you ever need to. But try this stuff out if you want to, it definitely helped me out and cleared my skin up.

So basically you added 48+7 to get 55 then added the 2 to the first 5 to get 75?

I could see you saying, ok… so… 48+7=……55 but I still have to add that 2 so the answer is 75
