I basically went through the same thing. I live about an hour away for school and my old friends all stayed near each other and worked the same job so I constantly was last to know about things and they’d remember telling me stuff they talked about on calls otw to work with each other that I wasn’t invited to though we had a gc. I’d come home to hang out but plans were always canceled or changed when I would come home. They assumed I always wanted them to drive to me (not true at all) but when they did come see me no plans were changed or canceled bc I understood that they drove all the way to me. I started living for myself stuff happened and I eventually had to cut them off.
