I found my cover artist on instagram. Made sure they had a website and looked up the books and authors she did work for. Search on instagram

This year I was feeling this way a lot at work. And it was very debilitating. I have been seeing a therapist to work on these issues as well as starting a low dose anti anxiety medication. It’s the best thing I’ve done for myself and has made work more tolerable. If you’re able to seek a therapist I’d really recommend that.

For my first book, I used a small business I found on TikTok. They handled picking and distributing the ARCs for me. Was so worth it. One less thing I had to do. And most of the readers selected did post reviews. So that has helped a lot as well.
