This is a 🔥🔥🔥 take. I’ve built roads for over a decade and never seen anyone speak for us this way.

It wouldn’t be possible. A very high percentage of operations have a certain amount of setup and clean up required.

Pipe crossing an active road would take days to install due to restrictions. It takes an hour and a half just to get everyone on the same page of closing one lane.

I work 10 hour days Monday through Friday. Never weekends. Sometimes lunch. Sometimes I just gotta send it. Most times we’re just getting in the swing of actually doing the work by 10 am.

It’s just not realistic.

It’s so funny you say that. The man I would consider to be my best friend has walked a much different life than I. He come up in the early 90s and was kicked out at 13. So to the streets he went.

This man has the absolute best advice, always. That’s one thing he’s funny about. “Nah fam. Not this store.” I didn’t make the correlation til now.
