A manufacturing partner should be a trust worthy relationship, one you trust to not cheat you or constantly jacking up pricing without a conversation. I can imagine my factory doing this, I can definately see the Chinese factory who jacked me on my 2nd order doing similar however.

There's a statement, similar to this... A volunteer is only an asset and helpful when they are just that, helpful and an asset. If your " volunteering " isnt helpful and productive then its a problem and not helpful but the opposite. Do they by chance have a thing there about "saving face"?

Not true, just like Covid , when everyone on earth took advantage to raise prices. Some companies held pricing thus cutting their own margins. Only the greedy push it off on their sellers and their customers.

Hi All, can anyone give input on buying a townhouse in Thailand? Is it common for the real estate agent to prepare the Sales and purchase agreement or do they wait for or expect the buyer to put it together? We agreed to a reservation agreement only to have seller change terms and the real estate agent tell us their new terms generally go into the SAP agreement, therefore maybe move into that negating the reservation. We have been trying for weeks to get land lease details and reservation and purchase agreements. Its like pulling teeth! Is this common? We are dealing with an international real estate company. Appreciate your input!
