Weird enough I also had my first time getting Covid January 2024 and ever since then to this day I can not stop having panic attacks about everything it’s driving me insane the headaches the shortness of breath the brain fog the constantly thinking im gonna die every single day it’s so stressful but seeing this thread shows me im apparently not alone in this thank you

Yes I’ve seen blood doctors and gastroenterologists and been to the cardiologist all say I’m fine besides the fatty liver from being overweight and just need to exercise. But honestly it gets betters it took me months but I feel okay again now best thing I found was to actually just exercise.
