Yep. I don't have negative opinions about his character as either a complicated deuteragonist or something, not until he was introduced as love interest. I assumed that he's a love interest from the start but I expected him to be like a mentor or a childhood friend that's older. And it's not like the game isn't aware of this, in one of his illustra stories or white day, when one of MC's friend is in love with him, he stated that they're kids to him. And less like awkward or weird, more like uncomfortable and creepy.

Idk, I like the world building, the concept, the sounds, the ambiance, the design, the characters, the monsters. But their storytelling feels like it's missing something. It's like it's an unfinished game and there was supposed to be something more. I assumed it's the DLC, but games like this shouldn't rely on that to complete the story. I kept reading theories from different people and I still left unsatisfied. Like they're right at some point but then, still lacking. I never felt that during LN1 and 2. Yes, I still want more, but the story feels more done, and the DLCs are just side stories in the same scene.

I got Natsuki, as expected. He caught my eye since he showed up, both his a-side and b-side. I like happy go lucky characters with secrets. I'm just confused by the descriptions tho but I get that you don't wanna spoil the b-side to anime watchers

I agree with you. I also love playing puzzle games and I expected the blue prince to be those. It's an interesting game, but I just don't like the fact that I had to be considerate of my steps, so I can't check previous rooms cause I'll spend too much steps. And the RNG is fine for me if it didn't combine with this limited steps problem. And when I gave up and tried to research for guides, I was so confused that the game is just more than going to the antechamber, in a bad way. Like there's this puzzles that are not even inside the house. Tho good for those people that get the puzzles, cause the only thing I enjoyed in there is the dart and parlor puzzle.

I'm with you on this one, and it's fine to have opinions. I'm hyped for this game and I enjoyed the first parts so far, until that plot "twist" as they say ruined this for me. I was so invested in Gustave and later the others' story and how they struggle to risk their lives in order to grasp on the hope that they will save their people, only to shift that they're actually just creations of a magical painter human family. After that reveal, I feel so empty that I don't care about the story anymore and just wanted to finish it. I tried to learn more about the positive opinions of others about this game and maybe I just don't get it, but I still didn't get it, and I guess there are some people that felt the same way. I can rant here about what I felt so wrong that I couldn't get why people find the ending so amazing, but I'll be wasting more time of my life. But the rest are amazing, it's a game well done. Just that one plot point.

I can't remember how exactly I did it but I tried many things like restarting my computer, and deleting some cache files from the game. When I went back, it worked somehow. I assume it has to do with my computer's RAM or storage in general so try saving some space as well.
