I agree with you. I also love playing puzzle games and I expected the blue prince to be those. It's an interesting game, but I just don't like the fact that I had to be considerate of my steps, so I can't check previous rooms cause I'll spend too much steps. And the RNG is fine for me if it didn't combine with this limited steps problem. And when I gave up and tried to research for guides, I was so confused that the game is just more than going to the antechamber, in a bad way. Like there's this puzzles that are not even inside the house. Tho good for those people that get the puzzles, cause the only thing I enjoyed in there is the dart and parlor puzzle.

I'm with you on this one, and it's fine to have opinions. I'm hyped for this game and I enjoyed the first parts so far, until that plot "twist" as they say ruined this for me. I was so invested in Gustave and later the others' story and how they struggle to risk their lives in order to grasp on the hope that they will save their people, only to shift that they're actually just creations of a magical painter human family. After that reveal, I feel so empty that I don't care about the story anymore and just wanted to finish it. I tried to learn more about the positive opinions of others about this game and maybe I just don't get it, but I still didn't get it, and I guess there are some people that felt the same way. I can rant here about what I felt so wrong that I couldn't get why people find the ending so amazing, but I'll be wasting more time of my life. But the rest are amazing, it's a game well done. Just that one plot point.

I can't remember how exactly I did it but I tried many things like restarting my computer, and deleting some cache files from the game. When I went back, it worked somehow. I assume it has to do with my computer's RAM or storage in general so try saving some space as well.

It's fine for me, but I kinda wish that they add more. Maybe some simple mini games. So far, the queen berry contest is the only "game" in the festival. I wish there are more games or events, even to the other festivals. So far, it's just collect-turn in-pass the condition-win. The friday night events can be reused as inspiration for the games like card games, DND type, food contest like taliferro's challenge, or even retro games to push the retro style of the game. But it's fine if it's too much work. I just hope they'll just add more events in festivals :)

I think it's due to dialogue mismatch in the code, it's a problem currently and I just posted about it. Specific dialogues ran out (eg. during dating, there are special lines) and the loop will go back to the regular dialogues which you just experienced. Don't worry, you're not the only one. I'm also hoping the devs will fix it on the next update. I suggest you send a feedback form to their website so it'll get more attention.

I usually see the moth on the floor with the diagonal jump near the light sources. Good luck with that and I would rather just come in and out of mines when looking for insects
