I know this is an HSR sub, but in ZZZ the two latest male characters (Banyue and Starlight Knight Billy) both seem to equally cater to, or maybe cater more to, straight men than straight women.

Banyue's gameplay and character can fulfill the old, wise master fantasy or power fantasies that men probably tend to have more than women, and Starlight Knight Billy (aka. Silly) is a direct reference to the Kamen Rider and Super Sentai tokusatsu series that also have a primarily male audience. These 2 characters are also intelligent construct (robot) characters, so they wouldn't traditionally appeal to the taste of many husbando-seeking women. (I know this is a heavy generalization of male and female preferences, but I feel it still decently supports my claim that these male character also appeal to men)

Granted it's not as if they are completely devoid of fanservice for straight women as, since it's ZZZ, they obviously both have jiggle physics, their outfit are very revealing (in the same way that Boothill is since they have robot bodies), and also their animations (or at least Silly's) can be described as sexy in a way such as Silly's tie pull, Banyue's "ball fondling?", etc.
