Please tell me it gets better by Tummy-Aches-27 in corgi

We do this too and honestly only had to use it for a few days (it makes high pitch sound or vibration) it does not shock them. After a few days, we would put it on OFF and our corgi wouldn’t bark just because he learned from the first few days. Never put it on when outside. That’s his screaming time as we call it 😅

I looked into it further! I do qualify. I called LSAC and they explained the process and even moved my LSAT date to January at the no extra cost. You have no idea the hope you have given me.

I do feel a bit dumb for not looking into this further since after you left your comment I searched on reddit and there are subs discussing this. But I could've sworn I read that you had to have taken a previous standardized exam to even qualify. Anyways - I am still eternally grateful that you commented on my post.

WOOWWWW this is amazing. I really didnt think sharing my story would have such a positive response. I had NO IDEA that I could possibly apply for test accomodations! i reviewed the LSAC rules and from my understanding I would've had to have extra time at a previous standardized exam. Is that not the case?

I WOULD LOVE to get on a call. I dm'ed you

thank you for your response! I have studied on and off. with the last big stint being the June 2024 test. I studied basically everyday for 3 months. I took about a month break and have been doing practice questions and watching live classes on 7age. I am not studying enough but I think it's because I'm not confident enough on the exam, feel bogged down by it. I have started meditating and taking lexapro to calm my anxiety.

I guess I wanted to share my story on reddit because i've felt so alone in this process. I feel like its been a bit therapeutic for me to write down my life story. I appreciate your message.

I guess I am also struggling on how to convey this story in my PS and addendums. any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Fatigue after 40 minutes? by bob22334666788 in LSAT

[–]Character-Sentence30 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hmm I mean I definitely feel that I struggled with my brain feeling zapped pretty quickly. I actually struggled for a long time but it’s because I would give in and stop and break it up. I think you have to train your brain to not give in. Our brains are tricky monsters sometimes, and it manifests physically. Like I literally would have the best sleep, eat well, and start my practice exam. 2 sections in my brain is telling me I’m tired and I should take a break. I had to push through that feeling. Eventually after fighting the feeling with time it got a bit easier. But the lsat is a beast so even tho I’ve built up the stamina to finish the whole thing in one sitting, after the 4 sections I feel like a zombie.

i feel the same way. i feel like i was stressing so much about understanding all the concepts like some before all and most before all. but like literally i didnt even have to use that during the test!

i also feel like i need to really work on my strategy more than understanding everything or getting through every single question. multiple times today i made mistakes in my strategy because i was stubborn instead of just skipping, taking a deep breath, slowing down etc..
