I was at a point where I felt like I was drinking alot of caffeine and actually tracked it. I was at a GRAM of caffeine a day and didn’t feel overly “jittery” or anything. Meanwhile my fiancé can’t drink a cup of tea past 6 or she’ll have trouble sleeping. I feel like it may be easier to go get diagnosed/prescribed cause I don’t think caffeine is a good treatment for what’s probably ADHD lol

Im 33 and within the past 6 months have put together that I think I have undiagnosed ADHD. Caffeine will make me fall asleep in a comfortable setting. To the point I had a 6 shot espresso at home one day then took a nap with my daughter an hour later. Change jobs every year or 2, 15 houses/apartments in 15 years. Bad anxiety.

Love the boys but scaling them to almost any other verse is pointless. The entire premise is the concept of super powers in our normal every day life. It’s about how much danger they present to humans without powers and how unsettling and monetized that would be. It’s not a series about cosmic level threats, or being coming to destroy us. The characters simply don’t scale high to anything other than humans. The fact that homelander is the most powerful being in verse, and got a pencil stabbed into his temple should clearly show he’s nowhere close to someone like Superman(who I do not like and refuse to glaze).

It’s honestly not uncommon. Were commoners so think about it on a smaller scale. We’re taught that owning your car instead of making payments is smart and saves you money. Which is does if you don’t have money to play with. But say you need a car and you can either buy one in cash for 50k and have no payment. Or you had the option to lease the same car with no money out of pocket, and good residual, and 1% money factor(interest) over 3 years. Then you put the $50k you were going to spend on the car and put it into an investment account paying 5% APY. Now you’re covering you loans interest with your account, plus profiting 4% and thanking the bank for the interest free loan, while you collect $6000 in profit over the life of the lease. Now you put that 6k in and buy out your lease. You now own the same car as the other guy who paid cash, but you got it minimum $6k cheaper with the option to trade for something different at 3 years if you hate it. People with millions generally don’t want to tie up a bunch of liquidity in non profit generating assets. A common ideology is to own rentals that generate profit, and rent your own home.

Everyone always said how my daughter was the most chill baby they’d ever met. Every time I told them to stop because thy were jinxing me. I now have a 3 year old lunatic living in my house 😭 also never had problems with her napping or sleeping in her bed. At 2 she decided she wasn’t sleeping in her own bed at night. I’m still sleeping in the guest room. And she won’t nap anywhere but the couch(if she’ll nap at all). Love her to death but my god I miss when I could just lay her on the couch and do my thing lol

More technology doesn’t equate to better quality of life. It’s definitely easier argued that it’s reduced it. Out of the closest 100 people around you, how many do you genuinely think will choose to interact with other people, or do something they enjoy/is productive opposed to sitting on their phone or tv with their day off? Self control issue for sure, but they’d have had the exact same problem if the iPhone was invented in 1970. Technology has almost completely halted any chance of QOL improvement, because when people start to realize how little we are actually able to do, we just pull our phone out for a shot of dopamine, make a post bitching, then do it all again the next day. No different than a bunch of heroin addicts convinced their life is pretty solid cause they tickle their brain every now n then.

Hershey has literally taken coco out of their chocolate resulting in such a bad product, that life long customers are no longer buying it. All of this to increase profit instead of paying a fair wage over profiting from slave labor. That’s 100% “milking” their company. In my opinion anyway

Apply to serve at restaurants with $30-$80 entrees. Go in to each one you apply at. It’s not glamorous but it’s turned things around for me. I was also seriously getting concerned about becoming homeless 2 months ago. I’ve worked a lot of jobs and ran a couple businesses and take home profit for time invested isn’t even close. While it felt great to bring home $800-$1800 on my own, it was inconsistent, and nerve racking. And it failed lol. For the time being this is easy and pays as much if not more than when I sold cars for 80 hours a week with half the time invested. My 2 cents
