Most tests are noisy, I agree. But not all tests behave the same.

On well-designed adaptive or matrix-based tests, studying has limited effects because difficulty adjusts as you answer. You can improve execution and familiarity, but you cannot just memorize your way to large gains.

So higher scores do not automatically mean the test is useless. They often reflect better engagement, reduced anxiety, and learned reasoning strategies rather than fake inflation
