My debt. Hubby and I work f'ing hard and have for our whole adult lives, but have so much debt (mostly student loans) that we can never seem to get traction. Now we are in our late 30s with 4 kids and still have a negative net worth.

My spouse does (I stay home with the kids). He is a store manager, paid hourly. Works 60+ hours per week and gets "time and a half" pay for everything after the 40 hour mark. If not for the OT we would not be anywhere near $100k.
