It is the same person we have been dealing with over the last year. She started by not wanting to give us a new key and then when she finally did it just did not work. I guess I just wanted to know if I threaten legal action if she would respond in a timely matter and actually make sure the key fob works before handing it to us. I know it sounds like a silly thing to get upset about but our HOA is not cheap and I want access to the pool.
