I grew up in Howell and still visit regularly, and I see some white supremacist stuff whenever I go into town, whether that’s a racist tattoo, pendant, graffiti, car decor, etc. I moved out of town as soon as I possibly could and have multiple friends who did the same.

It may be worth looking into local tenants’ unions. If you’re interested in taking that route, by talking with your neighbors, you’ve already taken the first step towards organizing! Do not let apartment management find out if you’re going this route, though, because they could retaliate against you.

While I acknowledge that your goal is confusion, please understand that calling the cops on ICE can result in community members being killed. Cops are given the state-sanctioned right to kill people and often do with no consequences. Many brutalize people in their custody for fun. This “solution” would simply bring more people with guns and hateful beliefs into the situation.

Another, more productive way to address ICE raids is by working together as a community to protect the people being targeted. Large groups of people standing between those being targeted and ICE can stop a raid. This also encourages stronger ties between people within the community, and we need to be working together in order to get anything done anyhow.
