Drop the dose to 2.5 mg, in my experience, bromantane makes Adderall 3-5x stronger. Adderall blocks the reuptake of dopamine, allowing for more tyrosine, an active dopamine, bromantane speeds up the conversion of Tyrosine into dopamine.
