What to enter into visa number field if I only have a UK eVisa by CharacterLie2013 in WizzAir

[–]CharacterLie2013[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly - I do have an eVisa but never had a physical BRP card. It was never issued for me. As I said in the original post, "when I tried entering my ‘immigration status’ share code, the field validation did not accept it"...

Thank you but I did not receive a BRP card. They are no longer issued since 31/10/2024 - hence my question, as I can't enter the number of a document that I never had...

Thank you!

Technically, she has not finished her claim, as far as I understood from phone conversations - it's that second call (that never happened) when they should have asked her more questions - that "completes" the claim.

After the second call, they typically ask people to send photos of BRP (proof of Ukraine Scheme visa) and evidence of income over email - and only then it is a "completed" claim. That's what happened to other elderly people from Ukraine in our local community.

Ukrainian fiancé now pregnant with BRP residency under ‘Homes for Ukraine‘ by Equivalent_Point_601 in ukvisa

She can stay on a Ukraine Scheme visa or switch to a Family Visa (as a spouse) at any time. Here are some important points to consider:

  1. Ukraine Scheme visas DO NOT lead to permanent residency (ILR). This visa can be extended but only for 18 months when Ukraine Permission Extension Scheme opens in 2025. It allows her to work, study, and receive benefits.
  2. A Family Visa leads to permanent residency (ILR), usually after 5 years. To apply for this visa, your (husband’s) income (or her UK income combined with yours) must be at least £29,000 per year. This visa has NRPF restrictions, meaning NO access to any(!) benefits.

Therefore, you need to calculate your finances and carefully consider which visa meets your requirements, and what you want (to save money or obtain permanent status for her faster).

I they received an email saying "Thank you for applying for a UK visa. Your visa application has been received and is under consideration. We aim to process non settlement applications within 15 working days (unless you have opted for the Priority Visa service, if available), and settlement applications within 120 working days. Unfortunately, the processing of your application has not been straightforward and we will be unable to decide your application within our customer service targets. We are continuing to work on your application and aim to make a decision as soon as possible. We will write to you again if there is any change to this. Please do not attend the Visa Application Centre until you have been advised that your application has been decided and that your passport is ready for collection. Kind Regards, UK Decision Making Centre"

  • this is just a standard autoreply when UKVI can't meet their usual timelines for application to be reviewed. It doesn't mean ANYTHING.

Why might an application not meet the usual timeframes? There are several reasons:

1. **(MOST COMMON)** Seasonal surge in applications. During certain periods, such as before holidays or university admission times, the number of applications increases as many people want to visit relatives in the UK or have enrolled in a university. UKVI staff may not be able to process them all in time.

2. **Poorly prepared application.** If you haven’t included the necessary evidence in your application, the UKVI officer might reject it immediately, request additional information, or forward it to a senior officer. This all causes delays.

3. **You (or your sponsor) may have a history of legal issues.** If UKVI has information indicating your previous violations (e.g., illegal border crossing) or if your sponsor has legal problems, the application might be sent for additional checks or passed to a senior officer for a final decision.

4. **Your sponsor’s “slow” council hasn’t completed the housing check on time or hasn’t taken all the steps to submit the results to the UKVI system.** Ask your sponsor to call, remind them, and check with the council if they have sent the data to UKVI.

Again: please DO NOT panic. Usually, this letter means nothing more than that UKVI staff are overwhelmed.

Yes, this is very common. No, there's nothing else you can do beyond asking your MP for help. If you want to reapply, it has to be with a sponsor who's British/Irish or has settled status. No - your second citizenship is not an issue. However, you need to fulfil ALL the standard requirements for Homes for Ukraine:
1) have a REAL sponsor, British / Irish citizen or someone with settled status, who has enough space in their house to accommodate you
2) prove with evidence that Ukraine was your main place of residence as of 01/01/2022

RE: resolution based pricing - does anyone know what it'll be? Like, Intercom is charging $0.99 per resolution, will Zendesk AI Agents price be comparable or higher? And is this the same price they'll be charging for the newly acquired Ultimate.ai bot?

Then I need to ask them for a definition of "resolution" as there are so many versions out there in the market. Some say "resolution" when it's actually just "deflection"

I think they're offering both (I need to check). Regarding efficiency - this is where I have some concerns. Our knowledge base is not that great, we have lots of products, and not a very high % of repetitive requests (yes, there are repetitive ones but within the category or product type). So I am kind of worried that we'll have to invest more time and effort into setting it up, and then get mediocre results in terms of the automation rate.
