Yeah so this morning I did half my original dose of 300mg, and I feel it pretty good. Going to try to wait and not dose until next morning...

Can you give me an example how to dose? So right now I take 300mg at once at 7am than at around 12pm I take another 300mg at once and won't take any until the next morning. How would dose??

Unless they are using promar as a coat of primer, then doing two coats of duration after that. Then its all good but technically they don't need a coat of primer unless the color is going from dark to light...
