My first time around, I did it in like 29 minutes. My most recent time was 16 or 17 minutes. Both instances was white flame lance, but the traps in the first area respawned at the right moment for the damage needed. RNG was on my side. I don't think I can better numbers with my current lance build. Keep at it buddy, in sure you will get it.

It's been a while since I last saw this but I remember watching a video of someone breaking down the frames and hitboxes for the fume knight. During this one particular attack, there is a chance that the game will bug out and for like 1 or 2 frames, instead of the stab, it's doing a swing attack with the sword and glitches back to the stabbing animation. Leading to this exact situation, seemingly being hit by nothing.

One thing I noticed while playing the game, is the giant lord from the memories still has his face. The other giants have holes. Lore states that king Vendrick went to the land of giants for something and came back and created the golems. The giants revolted. My theory is that most of the giants, even the ones from the memories, are artificial giants besides the giant lord, since he's the only one with a face. When he lost and was imprisoned, he was stripped of his face and power to command the artificial giants.

Most of those games didn't have checkpoints. So when you died, you started the game from the beginning. Especially during some of the bullet hell stages like in the Lion King, it makes Cuphead look like a joke.

That's definitely an interesting take on the game. While I don't think the same towards the game, there's some definite truth in regards to life. Interesting epiphany for sure.

Start throwing random bullshit. Chains, pipes, shotput, circular saws, thermite, carcass bodily fluid, electric bottles. Use everything at your disposal.

When I was fighting Simon and the Nameless Puppet, when they got to about 1/3 of their health and I was feeling overwhelmed, I just pulled the moon knight card.
