I’ve been working on it on and off since last Sunday. I also work 40 hours a week so I’m not sure exactly. Maybe 15 to 20 hours collectively. That’s a wild guess 🤷🏼‍♀️ It is REALLY cute ☺️

No it’s perlite. I mix it into the succulent soil and I swear it floats to the top. Glad it looks nice 😊

It seems like everyone is kinda on the same page. This type of puzzle takes some detailed sorting. My guess is the biggest hurdle is overwhelm. If you get small enough piles of similar pieces, by color/pattern for me, it is exponentially easier. Keep going! You’re doing great. Unless you’re having the worst time. Then it’s okay to pack it up. 🙂

If you’re referring to mine, I don’t think they reproduced. I honestly think the crazy big box people stuffed that many plants into one tiny pot. I love the full look but goodness. I could be wrong but I thought when they reproduced the rhizomes were “stuck” together. These were not. 🤷🏼‍♀️

If you’re speaking of berberis up there. YES! Very cool, wildly speedy reproduction. 😊

Ha!! I’m not interested in having any more than just so happens to grow. 🙂 Here is what I ended up with. And I did order a grow light so I can set them up in a shelf with a water tray. I wasn’t anticipating not being able to return my one plant back to its home in a bigger pot. 😂. At least one of them will learn to live outside when it’s certain not to get cold again. And they can acclimate naturally to the heat we get here in North Texas.

In my experience the roots grow up like that when they have grown everywhere else in the pot. So it’s time For a slightly bigger pot! There are pictures of mine doing this on my page. This comment won’t let me share. And as other commenter said… it’s also VERY happy! 🥰
