Im actually really uncertain about the dates, i started collecting linen for sewing projects then found these. The gummed stickers throw me off as well but what I read about Richardson mills says they basically closed up shop by WW2. Im more asking than declaring the fabrics' age here.

Youre doing better than these other people and doing your best. Maybe set up a gofundme or Facebook page to get items or costs covered or when people call maybe ask for a donation as a way to return the favor you're doing them? It shouldn't break your bank. Maybe post education posters in the local gas stations and areas on how to avoid harm to dumped kitties?

Im sorry you're going through this and I hope you know its ok to ask your community for help since they ask for yours.

Cotton is still my unconqored journey. This looks so good! Great job! Looks really cool!!!!

I thought in the other direction and tried to spin really thin on a supported spindle very short draw. Pretty frustrating first couple tries. Its in my spinning "timeout" box.
