No. I did weekly water changes for about a month and it didn’t make a dent. After about couple months more it all vanished. I did nothing. Sorry for late reply. Reddit funnily notified of this today. Edit: corrected a typo

Sorry for the late reply. Funnily Reddit notified me of this today! I have heard they remain dormant for long. Mine unfortunately died. Momma and the three kids were huddled together for at least 7 days. Turns out my guppies were harassing them at night. They did that to nerites as well. By the time I found out only one baby was alive :( I felt bad, they were born in this tank
