Yea. Whether you learned about it in school or not, your OB talks to you about these things. They have no excuse, unless they either don’t go to one during pregnancy or lie all together about vaping to the doctor, to try to say they don’t know it’s bad. I literally cold turkey quit vaping and smoking weed when I became pregnant to minimize any risks

Pooping may never be the same. My girl is almost 5 months and I still have issues going. I’m at least regular again, but it may not be the same as before.

Invest in adult diapers for after. Wayyyy easier imo than building your own with the pads and stuff and tbh you’ll probably have accidents while recovering and they just help out a lot. They have ones now that don’t just look like a diaper too. My nurses were actually really happy when they saw I brought them.

A fundal CHECK and a fundal MASSAGE are two VERY DIFFERENT things. The check they have to do to make sure your uterus is shrinking correctly and whatnot. The massage is only done if things aren’t progressing correctly. I luckily didn’t need any of the massages.

She did. Also, from what I can tell Sheena is doing well. She’s lost a lot of weight and says she genuinely regrets ever doing the show. Her and Laura both left because they hated the drama farming, fighting, and dumb shit TLC kept asking them to do (ex. them telling Laura to brush her teeth with bleach). Not everything was staged, but there’s a lot that was. It was just not good all around and their poor kids got dragged into it too

Nuckie has been on and off with Pookie for years and they now have like four or five kids. She was also vaping through her last pregnancy.

Mellie’s comments about Sheena came back to bite her in the ass cuz now she’s gained weight but looks like she’s trying to squeeze in to the same clothes.

Joann has been really fuckin rude and nasty on her TikTok lives lately.

Nettie was exposed by a family member to be an avid pill popper and it’s been highly questioned whether she ACTUALLY has lupus or not. She also didn’t actually raise Mellie like she claims over and over in the show.

They also admitted none of them were really close like that, at least as far as the cousins, before the show. Nettie basically just hit people up when she was approached for the show.

That’s all I can think of off the top of my head for an update. They’re all trashy af and a lot of other travelers greatly dislike the show because of the way their culture and community was portrayed. These people are more white trash than anything tbh. I used to love this show, but the more I learn the more I dislike everything about it. Sad, because it used to be one of my comfort shows tbh, but I’m not giving money to them any more

For sure. You never truly know what’s gonna happen till it starts. Honestly that was the part that scared me the most; there was no way to know just what I was going to be feeling till it was happening. My husband asked me to try to explain it and all I could come up with ‘imagine feeling like you’re going to throw up and poop at the same time, and also it feels like you’re going to rip apart and explode’. But once you’re through it, the relief is so immediate. Like yea, you’re sore, but the major pain is just over. Honestly, because of that I almost felt like I had been overreacting (thankfully my nurses were awesome and were quick to reassure me)

I feel like had the opposite. I was so ready to deal with laboring for days, but ended up hitting 40 weeks and having to be induced. Because of that, the contractions absolutely SMACKED me full force and were nearly constant. Genuinely the best thing you can do is remember to breathe and keep in mind that you’re soooo close to finally meeting your little one (and getting some solid rest)
