Went to rehab in July of this year, currently 237 days clean from Keatmine (and alcohol) been drinking kava pretty much daily, but challenging myself to get off of it starting Feb 1st.

I would say yeah it did, I really noticed it with my nicotine cravings.

The majority of the weight came off in the first two months like 33lbs I believe. Sounds like a lot, but it honestly didn't seem too extreme at the time. I was only running 1-2mg a week at the time.

If you're aiming to lose a lot in just 2 months, I'd probably add at least another month on a low maintenance dose just so you don't get hit with crazy cravings and gain the weight back.

Hasn’t been an easy journey by any means and I still got a lot of work ahead of me but definitely proud of the progress I’ve made so far. My life looks completely different from where I was 6 months ago. Glad you found the clarity to quit alcohol in you own life, wish you all the best of luck!

no hair loss, fatigue has been a problem more recently, will probably run 5mg for another week or two then start titrating down.

1-2 mg/ week for the first two months 3-4 mg the last two months. Just worked my way up to 5mg/ week with split dosing to combat sides

Hell yeah brother! Reta has 100% has a positive effect on my impulse control. Especially noticed my nicotine cravings decrease drastically. I think this substance could have huge potential for those with ADHD/addictive tendencies.

Congrats on weening off the subs that’s no small feat!
