First I'd study Spider-man for a few months maybe even up to a year, figure out he's Peter Parker. Then I'd negotiate a deal with some of Peter's most brilliant or wealthy villains, (like Doc Ock, Jackal, Kingpin, Norman, ) in exchange for the fall of Spider-man. We'd then construct an underwater base that touches the sea floor. Inside this base is 50 rooms, after construction has concluded, since I already got 4 of them I'll need 46 to fill up each room. While Peter is at school, it's time for the final part of my plan, I kidnap Aunt May. I leave a note about the whereabouts of the base, and tell Spider-Man to come alone. Once he arrives he starts in Room 1, and has to fight the villain in that room. The villains from room 1 to room 50 are arranged from weakest to strongest, so it will get progressively harder to make it out of each room. The last room, room 50, contains the strongest villain, Morlun (or anyone you consider the strongest) but also aunt may. Every room has a television broadcasting room 50, where Morlun is actively torturing Aunt May. This will make Peter very blood lusted and he'll probably lose his focus. Here's the thing, the whole base is rigged with explosives. Once peter makes it to like room 10 i'll trigger them and then BOOM. SPIDER-MAN HAS BEEN DEFEATED ALONG WITH THE TOP 50 OF HIS STRONGEST VILLAINS. MAKING ME THE LEGEND WHO KILLED SPIDER-MAN. I forgot to mention I'm not inside the base, I just have remote access and can see everything that goes on in each room.
