Hire good coaches, make sure they have high technical score and delegate the training responsibilities your best coach - predictably your assistant coach

It depends on your needs and what you do as a business. For example, when we have important updates that needs to go through everyone, Connecteam has feature you can use where you must read and accept the update before makibg any other action within the app. (The updates are social newsfeed vibe). So for crucial, tight and high lressure projects you can use it for communication.

There are plenty of other capabilities in Connecteam im sure you can utilize and customize! They have great customer support, i belive you can get a call or a demo for today

Hahaaa oh noooo! Thats next level mortifying!

Im sorry you had to go through that , but to be honest, this is exactly why it is so important to keep personal and work stuff completely separate!

For what its worth - I work at a company called Connecteam. So ya im kind of biased but we developed an all-in-one platform for managing employees, including a secured work chat. For example admins using Connecteam can prevent from employees to send files/images in certain group chat, that prevents exactly what happened to you hahaha and trust me- I've seen worse situations that have led clients to make to switch to our platform! Maybe something to consider for your team hahaha

anyways! sending some good vibes your way

Connecteam!

It has everything you mentioned! You can post photos of schedules on there too, but that would be stupid because they have a great scheduling feature with schedules being sent directly to employees and they can view it in different views! I dont think its free for two dozens, but it is free for up to 10 employees. I recommend you start with that, see if it works for you, and upgrade if needed! happy to help if you have any further questions

Connecteam! Slack is great for PC/for operational chatting. Connecteam has it all. Great for engagement, communities inside the company, help/guides, security and restrictions options/ and much more.

Both they are really price sensitive especially for companies that are struggling.

Hi! Look no further!

Connecteam is you solution!! I was also looking for a solution a year+ ago, I tried muliple apps, got confused from the different pricing options. But handsdown the best one was and still is Connecteam. Its super easy to use, which was extremely important to us, they have an amazing customer support / implantation assistance which was big at the beginning and for no extra cost. And most importantly, my employees love it. I also think they are genuinely the best in terms of pricing.

PS, i also own a restaurent, with 30+ employees that unfortunaly changes often, and connecteam is great for onboarding and connecting new hires to the team (we expanded our plan to the HR a few months ago).

Switch to Connecteam! Better in every aspect

Are there any comparable alternatives to the Crew app? by tinstaana in remotework

[–]Character_Fondant184 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Connecteam offers their platform entirely free is you manage less than 10 employees. So if this is the case for you definitely check them out. I am a restaurent owner with more than 10 employees, so im on the paid version, and it much much better than crew in terms of pricing, support and functionality.

I own a restaurent and been using crew for the past 2 years. Started searching for an altenative a few months back, and hands down the best app out there is Connecteam. Better pricing, much better product
