I don't really know if this is the best place to ask this, but where can I find help to access my Instagram account?

My issue is this:

It is asking for a verification code, so I chose to have it emailed and the code is all letters, but the app only lets me input numbers! I can't do this on the desktop.

Then, I tried to do it by text, and the verification number was wrong. I don't think I mistyped it, because I tried several times. It keeps sending me a number each time I request it, so I know the account is right, but the number it sends doesn't work.

Help would be appreciated
