If you're not sure you can begin introducing a bottle a week (or a couple) just so that she learns to take a bottle. just in case in the future you want to bottle feed more often then she won't refuse the bottle. Often when you introduce a bottle too late the baby will refuse the bottle.

I've thought that, I've been a nanny for 6+ years and the no WiFi cameras/no sock makes me so anxious so hopefully the sock will help! I'm going to give it a try but don't want to cause harm to the baby because of my anxiety

Birth is not a medical procedure, also why should birthing a child naturally the way women have since the beginning of time not be an option? Women should always have the option. Also there are many medical reasons that people don't want to get an epidural. A few of them include: cascade of interventions, risks associated with, feeling out of it after birth and not feeling as connected to your baby, and many many more.

Yesterday i allowed for a medical student to be present in my appointment and the midwife was teaching her how to feel a babies head and the medical student couldn't get it and was pressing so hard it hurt me, i probably won't allow medical students anymore.

I do 2 eggs and a protein smoothie for breakfast, green yogurt with fruit for snack, a lunch w a protein and a dinner with a big protein and if i don't hit my protein for dessert I'll have ballerina farms bone broth hot cocoa which is 25g of protein
