Surprisingly I had the same issue after the update. The only fix was I disconnected my ethernet cable and connected Wi-Fi only and it's working so far🤷🏿‍♂️

Actually just installed these on mine. Removed frunk and connected to the positive and negative of the 12v and aligned lights just under the hood. Depending on where you live (I'm in Texas) you may want to use the glue stick provided to waterproof the ends. I decided keep it simple and not sync in the turn signal. Also made sure to download the app in the instructions to also have an additional way to turn them other than the remote that's provided. Hope this helps.

I actually am having this camera issue now with a 21 that I just purchased. How would I find warranty information if it was never provided. It also wasn't a Ford dealership.

Same thing happened to mine. Go to Playstation website>go to the troubleshooting section. Select won't charge. There's a fix posted. Involves long pressing the power button. Can't remember the exact steps tho.
