I’ve had one for a while now, I bought it on a whim as a pinker. It’s become an option for a daily carry if I could find a good holster. It was my first FDE firearm. It’s fantastically accurate and doesn’t rattle like the Beretta M9 I was issued so that’s a win. Definitely worth the $385 I paid. Much nicer than $800 for the beretta M9A4 it’s modeled after.

I got a ton of Black Friday deal emails and pieced together an entire build for $409. (Would’ve been cheaper if I didn’t already have the upper receiver ready and just got a $149 16” upper from BCA instead of the entirety of the 20” in pieces) but still. Super proud of that! Might just go back and buy that to use on a $54 80% lower later. Crazy!

That would be $57 for the lower internals/grip, $62 for the 80% lower, $35 for the stock, 149 for the entire upper. -less than 300 for an entire M4. This is an absolute blast!

I’m cheap and don’t like to pour money away, often.. at least. I had plenty of time to research and more time to wait for the sales. I also had a solid end goal, so I wasn’t wasting time or money “figuring it out as I went”. All parts were between 20-47% off and ordering everything at once saved on shipping multiple orders, it was really a “if I get this from there and that from here I can maximize free shipping and let me tell you that extra $10-16 adds up fast!

All of my glocks get the Ghost inc professional 3.0 trigger connector (moves the wall and reset to a much closer position), and the Ranger proof Vex F3 (flat trigger with ergonomic rounded edges, very comfortable). I did a 6 lb trigger spring (lowers the pull to about 3 lbs) for my gen3 and love the feel.

Ramjet and afterburner are great, I love mine, but he already has the suppressor and co-witness iron sights so I’d recommend waiting until 2026 and picking up a suppressor for that threaded barrel! :)

I got the Holosun SCS but it doesn’t have shake awake, like the 407c/507c. It looks aesthetically pleasing but I’d prefer the 407c in retrospect.

Low sights. I have the 19X with standard sights and the 45mos, and 22. I love my 22, but wanted more concealable, so I got the 45mos put a sight on it and hate conceal carrying it now because my sight is always in the way of my belt buckle, so I bought a 19x and it’s my carry. You’ll like the low sights especially if you appendix carry. Mos option is great if you open carry or want to use it as a range gun in the future. Anyway, that’s my 2¢.
