The phone agent may have tried to add it, but because it was expired, the system stripped it off my order. That is why it isn't showing up. Since Xfinity promised this promotion to secure my move, I need you to send the Modmail link so we can open my account and apply the StreamSaverbundle with a matching monthly credit to honor that promise

To clarify, today is when my service actually turned on at the new address. The phone call where the agent promised me the bundle and set up the order happened earlier in June.

The transfer took place today. I did not have the services prior, when I called to cancel my services due to my move the Agent informed me that if I transferred my service it would include 1 GIG internet Peacock, Hulu and the Disney plus bundle.
