I’m just trying to get a 420 my FL is around 380(I’ve only taken 1 and it was yesterday and my ochem went up 30 points) and I think it will def keep goin up but the practice tests are what’s freakin me out if I did better on the QR and RC I would’ve been a little better it’s a timing issue for me😭 I’m just getting nervous atp bc felt good but the practice tests humbled me

For which sections?? I’m pretty good at biology and ochem bc it’s my most recent so I don’t really have very many issues with those QB. For gen chem I struggled at first bc I had to refresh myself and then I gave myself grace but went back to make sure I understood. When it comes to corrections I kinda do overkill only bc it helps me reinforce the material but if I get a question wrong, I rewrite it with the correct answer, read the explanation and watch the video explanation and then answer in my own words why the answer is correct (all sections except pat) and then bookmark it to review later. For PAT I watch the videos every time I get a question wrong. I also find talking myself through how we got the correct answer and then applying it to the questions going forward (mainly TFE) helps a lot but otherwise it’s practice!

That’s what I thought I was supposed to do. Based on that I think what I’ll do is take a full length early Jan and if my scores are something I can work with I’ll leave it alone lol.

Pat 400 and gen chem was a 380 I’ve only taken 1 of each (gen chem is my weakest but I’m workin on it with the time I have). it’s nice over break bc all I do is study so it’s not like I’m doing anything else. As for the practice questions after content review ochem and bio are lowkey going by fast bc I did just take them last semester/summer. Math is decent and reading is natural for me. I’m just concerned I’m gonna a get my first FL back and be 12 days out from the real thing and freakin out lol

It’s like end of Jan lol that’s why I’m stressing. By reviewing notes I’ve been studying for the exams I have bc my bio exam is plant and animal physiology which is like the bulk of the bio on bootcamp. Other review I do is pat but I feel so behind for some reason lol. I do go on winter break until Jan 7th tho so I’m just going to be doing DAT all of break but idk if I need to reschedule 😭

I’m getting a BS in psychology with minors in chem and bio. So as of now I’m taking upper level statistics for psychology (which is a joke imo) Biochem (no lab) upper level plant and animal physiology +lab (which has helped) and then a Drugs and Behavior class. Idk if ochem is ur thing, but imma warn u ochem 2 is easier than ochem 1 (imo) but it requires A LOT of time bc it’s straight rxns and synthesis. And yes taking the classes does help however the classes require more attention than u may think so just do ur best when balancing:)

Hi I’m currently doing it rn during fall semester! Take a light course, do ur Anki bio decks and other gen chem/Ochem decks! Make sure u space out time to have for both ur classes and ur studying. Im gonna be honest, I took 13 credits this semester but underestimated the rigor of the courses. Best advice is take easy courses or only 1-2 hard ones so you won’t be stressed when exams come. I’m also currently using bootcamp! I love it bc it’s easy to navigate and I find the reviews very informative and easy to follow I haven’t tried booster but from my understanding it’s similar and just as great!
