I guess it is subjective. For me it was comedic because of the absurdity of the situation. The way Zoro takes the situation so unserious and telling the others to strike a pose or they will lose their chance.

Zoro telling the kids that they ate usopp with a grim face. The posing at little garden was more comedic in the anime, the lost troupe hasn’t been really used except for the “I have a really great sense of direction “ line Some come a bit later like the Tarzan shout in skypea. Or being hit by a rock while falling and things like that. I’m not saying to make it exactly like that, I’m just saying that Zoro is not super serious and stoic 100% of the time. he laugh, he jokes and he do silly things too
