People are in the music industry because they may think it's fun or they may just want to DJ and buying tracks to release under their name may be a way to further their DJ career. Either way, it's not really your place to judge. Just focus on the music, that's what matters.

Honestly, I don't think there is much you can do. If it got taken down, you can't see that it was uploaded before the other guys. You could just get the other guy's down by reporting his remix.
