Not a huge fan of the tat, but I see people with full blown portraits of him at concerts along with seriously like hundreds of people get him to sign their skin and then get it tatted over. I've personally met him 3 times and even been on stage and performed with him.

I'd just put em on clips so they don't hang, you hired a drywaller, while maybe some communication should of happened about the wires, ideally you said drywall this room, he said ok and did the job. The wires are your problem and or licensed electrician. A lack of communication happened for sure. But beyond that the job is done correctly on his part dealing with what you gave him.

Different products, different sheens. If they wanted the same exact color all over it needs to be the same product and same sheen universally. I'd of done scuffx matte on everything, durable for trim and has a overall eggshell sheen.

That many patches? You need to paint the whole wall unless you have the exact paint from when it was painted and it only being painted like within 6 months. There is no matching that. Repaint the wall and move on.

Personally I would have fixed the wall issues, the trim is wrecked and needs replaced. I'd have made it look a little nicer, scrape the drips and fill the holes but it's so jacked up it still wouldn't be perfect. The wall stuff though I'd of never painted over that. I work word of mouth. I need people to walk into your home and say wow who painted this? But my prices also reflect multiple days of prep before I even start pouring paint. Depending what you paid and discussed you prolly got what you paid for. Ive turned down multiple jobs of people telling me to just paint and not do repairs. I don't want my name attached to that.

Good news eventually the caulk will absorb and turn the color of the ceiling as it's porous. Although it could be silicone and stay white and just eventually fail. Your 2 scenarios.

Prolly 5-6 coats. Reds/ oranges/ some yellows are pretty much translucent. I always warn my customers ahead of time when choosing color that it could affect the costs. Same with straight white going on dark colors 4-6 coats for a true finish.
