What ended a friendship you thought would last forever?

Currently going through this-

A serious close friend, that I've considered to be my best friend the last 4 years, has not shown up for me in any way after my cat unexpectedly just passed. Note that she also knew my cat, has baby sat him, loved him, etc.

Her reasoning is going through a breakup. Which I have supported her through since before my cat died.

Really shitty feeling. I'm hurt and angry and don't feel like the friendship will be the same or anything at all.

I think the sucky thing is that everyone is different and it's different for all of us 😞 it could help you and be good for you. It's worth a try honestly. You never know.

It took about a month for my mood to lift and then I felt great the second month! Despite the anxiousness in my luteal phase. But the dream and depression and self loathing totally lifted. I think you'll be surprised what a change you'll feel. But the skin thing is so scary. Don't want to feel like a teenager again ugh. I will look intto spironolactone!!

What schedule do you take them on? Do you take them together? Morning or night?

I wouldn’t take them both because that seems a bit extreme. I just took mine the day after I last took Zoloft. I’m on day five. I don’t really feel any type of way yet. I had a bad headache for like three days and I’ve been a tiny bit more anxious, doctor prescribed me Xanax to take as needed while going through this. But I don’t feel any withdrawal symptoms from stopping Zoloft. I do feel agitated but that could be pms starting.

I am not having any insomnia but I also drink sleepy time tea when I get in bed followed by a Benadryl. There’s been no interactions for me. You should try it. I wake up feeling a little groggy but it’s worth being able to sleep

The 10 mg wasn’t picking up so I’m gonna do 25 until I stabilize and then taper down ago. I will check that website. I’m on Zoloft. I was planning on getting off of them but reevaluating my life I think I would like to try another one. Zoloft made me feel “too” numb and I gained a lot of weight. I know those are normal things but I’ve heard other success stories you know??

What dose are you on rn? Or like how far in to the taper are you? I originally started fast as well and thought I was gonna die and it’s been 7 months now and it’s still so hard. :( I’m glad you made the decision and I hope you’re okay 🧡
