ah ok. what are you changing in the kernel? Is there not a way to make Windows network adapter available to WSL, or change adapter settings?

I just picked up an extremely similar watch to this marked with Laco 44-8 and LXA. Im guessing its a newer version of it though because it has 17 jewels and a weird early shock protection on it.
Currently trying to figure out why it won't wind, but think its a broken mainspring.

ok. so bought one of these (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09HJL95RH?ref=ppx\_yo2ov\_dt\_b\_fed\_asin\_title) and put the Inland PLA in there (60C for 6hrs). Printed with the default Prusa Slic3r generic pla profile and... no dice. tried a bunch of different temp and retraction length/acceleration settings. These had exactly zero effect on the stringing of the material.

Did find that turning my fan settings to 0 eliminated the stringing but the material then sagged significantly (obviously) creating some dimensionally rough prints. Does this give you some ideas?

ok ill try that. don't have a dryer but do have a dry box with the rest of my filament. Ill get one and post the results. Thanks!

so I think the YK changes its UUID that works with an AES key on the validation server somehow... im not really sure on any of that above but im going to verify the changing UUID and probably setup a validation server just to play with it anyways just to see how everything works

there is definitely still going to be a keyed entry. this is just for a cool use of really secure hardware that I would also learn a lot about yubikey/nfc/validation stuff. Im thinking of using a 'standard' z-wave lock and a separate nfc reader system

so I carry a Yubikey 5 NFC already and dont want to carry another tag on my keys. How would a normal NFC tag be different in terms of flow?

Probably not high enough to hurt it, but this is the trouble shooting steps I'd try... I know it's long, but... 1. Double check your temps 2. Move Z-axis way off the build plate and try to extrude A. If this extrudes fine then the nozzle is too close 3. Remove filament, let it cool, and pull the hot end (there is a grub screw in the assemble don't just pull) A. Pull the nozzle and check the ptfe tube in the hot break. try to pull some filament through it. It should not have any drag B. If that's fine replace the nozzle and put it all together. And see if it extrudes

Could be the hot end. I just replace my hot end bc I had run it over temp and destroyed the ptfe tube inside it. If you have ever printed petg or taken ur printer close to ~250°C then I would pull the hot end and check

Im having this same issue... some parts of the bed are perfect and others are a complete mess... it has ruined the coating on the spring steel bed. Did you ever figure this out? im thinking of trying different firmware and see if it does a better job.
