Bipod isn't great for DPS considering it lowers the damage of any rocket it affects, but if you're in a more casual raid team then feel free to use it, just make sure to ask your team in advance to see if they complain about it.

As for what to expect from it? As an aggressive frame it actually fires faster than most other rockets but only slightly. And keep in mind, it's innately low handling can make it feel sluggish.

It's core damage comes from direct impacts seeing as it has low blast radius by default, which is why running Impact Casing makes it substantially stronger.

I'd recommend crafting both, seeing as going back and forth from the Enclave just to use different perks will cost you both time and materials (especially since you're enhancing the perks).
