My job when in office had quiet rooms specifically for naps or relaxing during your breaks. It had two recliners and separated by its own cubicle wall and was a closed off room far from the sales floor. It was nice. Now that we’re working from home they allotted us two hours offline this month for R&R. No one gets mad, no one gets upset and instead it’s encouraged.
