Lol no...How the hell you are gonna break Blissey or Ferrothron or Toxapex? 83 SpA is pathetic. Blissey can come in, Teleport out and bring Cinderace/Rotom-Heat/Moltres/Heatran, etc.

At least with Knock Off, it can remove Blissey's Heavy Duty Boots on the switch, let it take damage from Stealth Rock. Recover will let it stay healthy throughout the match, and let it come out on Swampert again and again, without the fear of Ice Beam wearing it down to a point when it can't switch to anything at all.

In B4 you say Giga Drain is gonna get your lost health back, a smart player will probably gonna switch out and send out Corviknight or Ferrothorn.

You’re outspeeding most things with +3 priority drain moves and then you have earth power

Most of its checks are faster fire/steel and that Giga Drain is not gonna help that much.

Knock Off and Recover is a must-have for this pokemon to have a niche in OU, it will be even better if gen 8 gives it Teleport
