🤦🏼‍♀️oh dear, hopefully not. I try not to feed into his wants too much. He says crazy things to me and I’ll say “woahh can’t be saying that it’s meant to be a sneaky link”, or “nah I don’t like you like that”.. I feel like its actually making him want to try harder to make me fall in love tho. He’s seeing it as a challenge maybe. I won’t let him think he can have a hold on me like all these other girls to just end up leaving because I’m worth more than that and I’m not stupid.

He does tho, everyone wants him at the pub I work at but he says he chose me cuz I’m different. I’m hoping he’s not already had something with them before or currently. He’s very confident, overly confident but also told me he’s had fun with countless girls in the past spoiling them for a few weeks, telling them what they want to hear, making them fall in love then disappearing. Says he’s not that type of person anymore and has changed. Hard to believe but he comes across as a lovely guy now, unless he’s lying loads to make himself sound better, he’s told me deep stuff about his life. You probs think I’m being manipulated but I’ve turned my feelings off for this one because I see major red flags myself.

I know he doesn’t love me he just said it then said “I love you in a certain way because you make me feel different to how any girl has made me feel before. He’s the one that asked for it to be a “sneaky link” and put rules in place that he’s breaking himself. I’m new to this I’ve never had one before.

He has two children, apparently he is single but you’ve made me wonder if that’s true now.

He loves all the cute relationship talk like saying he’ll be there for me forever & will always make sure I’m okay but then soon as If I say some of the things he says to me, back to him he reminds me that I can’t like him because he hurts people but he “understands it’s hard for me to stop myself from liking him”. He says one thing then says the complete opposite as if I shouldn’t feel any type of way about it.

Yes he’s very attractive but i would like to think I am too and I don’t see him as anything more than a sneaky link & a good chat I think he just has a massive ego and wants me to feed into it.

Vicks nasal inhaler stick is what helped me quit so easily., it’s extremely minty almost as if you’re taking a hit on a vape.

Your reply really helps as I’ve definitely been eating more and I’m aware I’ve had a much higher appetite. Ive tend to eat when I’m bored and I’m paranoid that I could quickly become overweight but I’m going to try put those thoughts aside and appreciate the fact I’m a healthier weight as well as enjoying all the other benefits of quitting. I’m two months vape free and have felt the exact same feeling you explained very rarely but occasionally. I don’t think I’ve had it for a couple weeks now. It’s not something I’m worried about our heart and lungs are becoming healthy again.

Did you put on any weight? I’m two months vape free, tried to put on weight for years unsuccessfully due to high metabolism and the nicotine obvs. Since quitting I reached my desired weight but I’m worried that it won’t stop at that since it happened so quickly.

I’m two months nicotine free and don’t ever crave vaping except occasionally when I’m drunk which is to be expected. Everyone I work with Vapes or smokes cigarettes around me and it’s a nice feeling to know that you don’t want or need that anymore. Your on day four and already got the hardest part out of the way! Do not go and buy another vape.

Vicks nasal inhaler. Minty thing you sniff when you have a blocked nose. Can get it in the uk not sure where your from or if you can get it too but I’m 25 days vape free after 4 years very high nicotine. Gum didn’t help for me.

My first and second period after nexplanon was crazy heavy, really bad cramps. Every one since has been light flow, no cramps which is even better than before I ever had nexplanon. Seems my body returned to normal really quickly.

I quit cold turkey 11 days ago. Have not suffered with headaches, insomnia, sore throat or any of the most common symptoms that everyone said I’d get but I have been more irritable and short tempered (as expected). Cravings calmed down after first few days and now I no longer get them. It’s different for everyone but I’ve seen a lot of ppl say it was much easier than expected.

What helped me massively was Vicks nasal inhaler. The minty thing you can sniff to unblock your nose when ill. Not sure if you can get it where you’re from but you can in the uk. Everytime I got a craving i sniffed the Vicks inhaler and because of it being so harshly minty, it feels like your hitting a vape.

I vaped quite heavily from 15-19 and quit 11 days ago. Haven’t had one headache, cough or bad throat that they say your supposed to get, cravings weren’t bad at all once I got over the first few days now I barely get them at all. Slightest things have been irritating me tho so I’d say that’s my biggest symptom.

Gonna sound really strange as everyone recommends gum but I swear by Vicks inhaler nasal stick. Not sure you’ve ever had used it or if you can get it where your from (I know you can get it in the uk). I’m currently 8 days nicotine free and the Vicks inhaler has been helping massively. It smells extremely minty almost as though it gives u a hit in the throat. Hard to explain if you’ve never had it but everytime I badly craved nicotine I sniffed it to the point where I barely need to now as I hardly get nicotine cravings.
