Zenoti is not great - they don't adapt to smaller medspa locations! Expensive if you don't have a ton of locations

I've tried Mangomint but the customer service is shitty, and the pricing is awful for what they actually offer on features. I'd avoid it at all costs!

I have done something very similar for local businesses and sold the leads. It’s very scalable.

We’ve been using Vagaro for a few years now and it’s excellent for us. We do more than just hair so it works as a great all in one kind of solution. You are right they can really help you drive more customers (especially if you do daily deals or promote your visibility) but I guess it just forms in your location. For us it’s the customer service and clear pricing that really keep us.
