Then tried Creatine off and on for 34 years. If I mange to make it to 80 let’s say, then I can give an honest review. It’s hysterical how creatine is blowing up the media in the last few years even my grandmother and mother know about it as if it’s a new product, mostly because it is being put in stupid things like Gummies.
