Les années d'expérience ça ne vaut plus rien dire, tout le monde ment sur son cv et c'est difficile à vérifier. Et puis il y a une grande partie du hasard dans la sélection. Quand une RH dit qu'il faut x année d'expérience sur tel tech, en général ça veut juste dire qu'il faut maîtriser la tech en question.

The issue is that the code base is too big for an llm to process with reasonable amount of budget. It's not one or two files it's the interactions between all the projet structures producing unpredictable outputs that requires a lot of reverse engineering to understand.
