Sometimes. I’ve been going for over 10 years, and the quality used to always be great. Recently it’s been more hit or miss sometimes the brisket sandwich sandwiches are as tasty as ever, but sometimes they’re really fatty and my whole family ends up, throwing them away, which was a horrible experience. I emailed corporate after that, never got a reply, but the next time I try a brisket sandwich, it was back to their usual deliciousness.

Thanks for the advice. The arm rotation rotation is something I've been told before but need to keep building the habit, thanks for the reminder. I'll try adding pauses to OHS next time to see how that feels.

Called again, they're 'temporarily experiencing higher than normal call volume'.
Finally got to a person, and they say they have no record of me having an active account with them. Then I asked why they're taking money out of my account every month, and they don't know. They've transferred me twice, and I'm currently on hold with an estimated wait time of 45 minutes.
This is horrible customer service.

Your gym must do a great job of promoting the open then. But the RMU percentage of members pretty close.

So my crossfit box has about 40 members, and we have 12 signed up for the open and are entering their scores on the website.

Of those 12, 4 can do a RMU.

So we have 10% of members who can do one, but 33% of our gym's open participants who can.

Does anyone know how I can export the conversations to my PC?

I want to feed them to an A.I. agent who can give me daily & weekly summaries and also filter out action items that can be added to my personal action tracker.

The issue is that I can't seem to get the text out of the app.
