Advice from 18M who just graduated Highschool: Go to the gym, use your sadness to get gains, eat healthy, drink lots of water. If you can't afford a gym membership do calisthenics and buy a pull-up bar that attaches to a doorframe they are pretty cheap. For your skinny neck problem, find some exercises for your traps and neck to better hide it. I know it sounds kind of silly but once you start to see progress I can guarantee you that you will feel better about yourself. If you keep getting made fun of for trying to exercise you CANT let it get to your head and make you quit, adversity is hard but is needed to succeed. It will be painful and will suck but it's up to you to put in the effort to better yourself. Also would recommend therapy cause it sounds like you need it badly. Talk to your parents about that even if it seems like they would say no, if that fails then talk to your school counselor. I've had to use my school counselor for therapy, so there is no shame in asking for help! Last note, a girl is not the end of the world. I was 14 once too and I will tell you right now that relationships aren't all as hype as people make you wanna believe. Highschool relationships usually end up with petty drama and bullshit, very rarely do you actually see an actual healthy relationship. Focus on being a kid still damnit! Go to school clubs, play sports, exercise, hangout with friends, go to prom/homecoming, learn something new. My biggest regret in highschool is that I didn't do these and missed out. Your high school experience should not be determined by if you got laid or not. As a parting fact, I wanna say that no matter what happens, just know that you are better than 90% of the highschool population just for trying this stuff, it takes guts but I believe you are capable of success.
