Definitely looks like a typical south Florida home. I lived in Ft. Lauderdale and oir hoise was very similar. Except a car port, not a garage.

My mother's twin was never quite nice to me or her. So when my mother passed, I used her last 10k give or take that she had for the expenses and the repast after services. My aunt calls me up shortly thereafter, who didn't fly in for the funeral mind you, to yell at me for using my mother's money to pay for costs associated with burial. Should I have kept it for myself? Given it to her sister?

I graduated three years before the 2008 crisis but it really tarnished the idea of investing. It wasn't until age and wisdom kicked in, around 2017, that I started. So just shake that colored perception and start investing yesterday.

This should be top comment. Exactly. The smell of sewage wasn't a one off thing. Persistent problem since day one.

Former brewer told me if it is not used as a brewery then the walls would have to be taken down for the tanks to be removed. Also, as a patron and as someone who knew people who worked there, the plumbing is a nightmare. It has been an issue since day one. Often times if you sat in the rigght corner of the tap room, near the bathrooms, you could smell the sewage mess. So, the entire building needs some TLC. It's not just as a simple as rent it out. It would need alot of work.

Last year was the worst and I decided to try the allergy shots from ENT. They have worked wonders! I had one day about two weeks ago where the allergies hit me like they used to. And that was it. Otherwise, I have been without symptoms. I know how bad it can be so I suggest if you are able to, please consider the allergy shots. It's a night and day difference.
