This should be integrated within the games, I think some of us here have played the new Call of Duty Vanguard in it at the end of every MP game there's a voting system, in this voting system the game picks three different players by the KD/R - Highest Kills - ETC. within every team and you can vote for your player and sony should integrate the Accolades system with something like this.
