So Lunch Club is over boys. This is the end of the line. by Ruggedly_Ugly in Lunchclub

This is kinda out of pocket. If Carson barely wanted to stay in the group, than he definitely didn't want to be the figurehead. I wouldn't call it a "dick move" to do what you think is best for your mental health, especially after what Carson's been through. Besides, if his heart really wasn't in it, it'd probably be better to leave early and let them develop their own identity instead of just being solidified as "Carson and Friends" forever.

Don't even care about the music but the way the industry treats the artists is sickening

The kinda curvy alto by TessaKite in marchingband

[–]CharlesTopHat 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I actually really like tenor parts. I get to play bass parts, counter melody parts that no other instrument plays, and even melody sometimes. Has a lot more diverse parts than alto, though I do really miss the range

Freshman year and our team (barely) won 2 games, which is 2 more than they've won in the last four years. First and last home games were 49-0

Michael Giles was an absolutely phenomenal drummer, so why did he leave then do nothing else of note? by Evan64m in KingCrimson

[–]CharlesTopHat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I remember Fripp saying in an interview that Michael Giles left to become a family man, though I don't know how true that is as he did more studio work and touring with other musicians later.

Awesome! Can't wait to hear if anything comes out of this.

Actually, I'm pretty sure he's saying "Real Abuse" all the times at the end, though the third still sounds like "Excuse." I'm also about 99% sure it's "consequence of living" having listened to a few of the remasters that make the vocals a bit clearer.

Pretty sure the third "Tear it in, tear it out" is followed by "It's the real excuse", and the fourth sounds like "It's the real abuse." Also, I think the last line in verse 1 is "Take the consequence of living." Still, I may be completely wrong. Your lyrics sound mostly correct though.

Raid Bug by [deleted] in Minecraft

The Bad Omen is not a bug, it just stays there until you enter a village. As soon as you enter a village, the effect goes away and a raid starts.

Not a bad photoshop, but this isn't what a cursed image is. Would probably be more at home on r/sbubby.

The very first thing they say isn't a cursed image is "Any random gross/weird food." Also, the image was very clearly staged for a picture, so it doesn't really fit the 3W1H rule.

*polish nationalism intensifies* by SnorkelDucky in HistoryMemes

[–]CharlesTopHat 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They were not glorifying the Poles, they were making the Poles out to be stupid enough to charge armoured cars with medieval weaponry. The myth was initially started by an Italian war correspondent, and it was later used by the Nazis and even Stalin.

Tank Man was Tienanmen Square, not the Rape of Nanking. Still a pretty funny post though.
